A 10-session program designed for candidates seeking top-performance. For candidates who have already completed the CORE program, or have made it through to the final round of MBB interviews at least once.
Sessions emphasise speed, rigour, and executive presence under interview pressure. Each participant builds foundations to withstand repeated stress-testing, structured strength-based feedback, and targeted development in both case and behavioural domains. This program is delivered by ex-interviewers and coaches with direct MBB & experience guiding clients through problem solving excellence and interpersonal growth. Numbers are capped at 4 per group.
